Frist Signs of fall color showing, sunny weather ahead
Maples changing color September 14th 2008
Some signs of Fall color have are starting to show up in some of the earlier changing trees. Fall color around Clayton is spotty at this time and if look out on the landscape you will mostly green, but some isolated trees like Maple and Ash have started to change colors! a look at the Fall colors reports for Northwest Wisconsin shows that all areas only have spotty color right now, But in about 3 weeks There should be alot of fall color out there! Last year in this same week many trees were being to show signs of alot of color, so frist fall colors is little later then last year, but unlike last year we have not yet had a hard frost. Weather over the past weekend was very wet for a change, we had clouds mist and rain showers all day on Saturday, we picked up .28 of rain. and more showers fore casted for late Sunday. Monday should bring weather changes! Sunny weather should take over. and we may have a long stretch of sunny days Temperatures will start off cool in the 60s for daytime highs and low 40s for nightime lows mid to upper 30s possible in the North tonight. then by Wednesday up into the mid 70s to possible some upper 70s for daytime highs and low 50s for nightime lows. I will continue have updates about the fall color in Northwest Wisconsin every so often in the upcoming weeks!
here is my forecast guess for the being of this week! enjoy the sunny weather ahead!
