Saturdays warm sunshine!
many people were surprised at today's Warm temps and sunshine, We had a warm Saturday across the area and its all thanks to the Sunshine that stayed out all day and a Warm air mass behind a warm front, today's highs were Much warmer then I predicted! Not only was the entire 6 county area above freezing, but places I thought would just reach 32.F made it above 40.F, actually many places made it above 40, Including here at Clayton, some numbers I found were nearing 50! This was the first time in the entire month of January that was seen above freezing temperatures, it has been 32 days since we seen above freezing temperatures here at Clayton, a much needed warm day. A cold front will push though the area late tonight into tomorrow which will put an end to these mild temperatures Expect highs in the 20s with maybe some very low 30s tomorrow. and even cooler for Monday. Here is a list of High temps today, some places may not have yet reached there high temp, I may have to updated this list.

Wow! It really got warm over there. It didn't break 40 over here. Which I am happy for. It's still Winter and I'd like to keep the snow pack. :)
I'm ready for it to be warm, not as warm as it was but, I am ready for temps to stay above zero! some snowier weather would be nice too, I kinda wanna see a big wet snow, the kind perfect for snowballs!
