Frozen White Pine trees and Crystal blue skies!Northwest Wisconsin has been under an Arctic Blast Since Tuesday, Highs were not even above zero on Wednesday or Thursday and Wind chills got to as low as -40 below zero, this caused a lot of problems across the area, schools closed, and cars were shut down, thankfully the winds were not too strong, keeping wind chills somewhat down, The coldest night was Thursday Morning, and areas that got the coldest seemed to be in Western Burnett County, here are reports of the coldest temps
