Sundays severe weather risk.
Image from SPC
The Storm Prediction Center in Norman,Oklahoma has updated the severe weather risk and has issued a Moderate Risk! of severe thunderstorms for the Upper Midwest, including a small part of the southeast part of the local 6 county area. Slight Risk Covers everywhere else North and West of Dunn county. After morning showers and thunderstorms, if enough clearing takes place, strong to severe thunderstorms could form along a front Sunday afternoon. The southern and eastern part of the local area seems to have the highest likelyhood of seeing severe weather at this time. Heavy rain, Large hail and strong winds will be the highest threat, but as with all storms, an isolated tornado can never be ruled out completely.
People should just be awware that there could be severe weather around tomorrow afternoon, after morning showers and storms.
