A mild and quiet weather will continue Tuesday with sunshine through out the entire region, but that will quickly end Wednesday as a cold front pushed through bringing cooler wet conditions. These showers will bring the way for a much cooler and drier day Tuesday.

Note: This week is Severe Weather Awareness week in Wisconsin, each day the NWS reminds us that we are in our severe weather active season covering many events that can hit during the next few months. Tornado drill day is Thursday, with tornado siren testings at 1:40 to 1:45pm for the local area. More information can be found HERE
Locally we will get one more picture perfect day with sunshine and light winds with highs in the middle to upper 60s with lows in the mid 40s Tuesday & Tuesday night. Then a cool front will bring cooler and wetter weather for our area Wednesday, rainshowers and drizzle will develop along a cold front and will likely be on and off much of Wednesday afternoon, but the rain will not be heavy. Temperatures will be near 50.F with the clouds lows will be in the upper 30s. Tuesday will feel actually quite chilly to us over the week we just had, it will dry again with partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 40s, with lows falling to the low 30s, potentially even below freezing.

Thursday, Chilly, Partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 40s. Tuesday Night, Partly Cloudy lows falling to the low to mid 30s.
Looking Ahead
The looking ahead forecast shows the cool down continuing through the rest of the week even into the weekend, It keeps us fairly dry accept for a few showers, possibly even some light snow on Friday, then Saturday to look chilly and breezy, but drier. A warm up starts back by Sunday, The model wants to keep us dry with a lot of clouds through most of that week through Thursday the 21st. Then a big systems moves up through central part of the U.S and gives us a heavy rain chance on Friday the 22nd, behind it a brief shot of cooler temps, before the models start picking up on a nice warm up with chances for rain as we head towards the end of April. This is a stormy time of year and with severe weather season here, chances could always pop up at any time, please continue to monitor the forecasts.
