Fields East of the house April 7th 2011It was a very warm pleasant day across the area today, I knew when I woke up to clear sun lit skies and temperatures in the mid 40s already at 9AM it was going to be a beatiful day much warmer then I originally thought. Highs topped 60s for the 1st time this season at all reporting station accept for 1, some places even had mid 60 degree readings! A warm front ahead of a low pressure system brought us the much welcome warmth! Even though I officially went snowless on April 6th the tiny snow patches that are left in deep shaded areas really took a hit in the 60 degree weather and sun.
Highs ThursdayThe warmest temperatures reported was 64 at My station, Osceola and Grantsburg. The coolest was Spooer with a high of 57.F!
