The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Small 5% risk of severe weather to the entire local area, with a slight risk covering Southern Minnesota, the rest of Wisconsin and all of Iowa. a 5% risk generally means there Strong Thunderstorms will be possible, with a few maybe becoming briefly severe. highest threats are hail and strong winds, with heavy rain and lightning. Thunderstorm chances will be most highest in the morning, then afternoon.

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk of Severe weather for nearly all of the Upper Midwest, Including the entire blog coverage area. Storms are expected to develop sometime during the day Tuesday, Some of these storms may be severe. The highest risks will likely be large hail and damaging winds. heavy rain and frequent lightning will be possible. People in the area should stay tuned to area weather forecasts for Tuesday.
