Isolated severe storms possible today.

The SPC has issued a small risk for severe weather for parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Although the risk is quite minimal, there is a chance some afternoon storms may become strong enough to become severe, the severe activity will likely be isolated, the main threats are hail and strong winds.
