A Hot and windy Labor Day is ahead for Northwest Wisconsin, high Temperatures are fore casted to be in the upper 80s to low 90s! With Heat index's possibly in the mid 90s! Which is Well above normal for this time of year. with the Hot weather it will be windy. Winds will be in the 10 to 20MPH range, with gusts as high as 30-34MPH. Skies should be mostly sunny throughout the day, Monday Night it will still be breezy, under clear skies, temps should be in the mid 60s most areas, with the next chance of rain coming in sometime Tuesday, with a cold front that will cool us down quite a bit. All eyes are of Hurricane Gustav, Which is a Category 3 Hurricane expected to make landfall on the Louisiana Coastline West of New Orleans, Monday Morning. Hurricane Warnings are in effect for all of the Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and a part of the Texas Coastlines.
There was so many birds in this tree , that the branches were being wighted down like heavy snow! the blue thing behind the treeline is the Clayton water tower
