The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has issued a Slight Risk for Severe Thunderstorms across the southern half of the Upper Midwest. This includes the entire 6 county area. Thunderstorms are expected to develop in Minnesota and southern Wisconsin along a warm front and move north late this afternoon into tonight. The main threat will be larger hail and very heavy rainfall. People should be aware that there is a chance of severe storms today, especially this afternoon into tonight.
